A striking addition to a traditional entryway, this blue and white porcelain umbrella stand features koi fish swimming among stylized aquatic foliage. Detailed patterned borders frame the design, while decorative ring handles add another classic element to the tall cylindrical form.
Generously scaled at 22.5 inches tall, it makes a substantial statement beside a console, in a foyer, or tucked into a mudroom for umbrellas and walking sticks. Beyond the entryway, use it as a decorative floor vessel filled with tall branches, bamboo, or seasonal greenery.
The crisp blue and white palette pairs beautifully with chinoiserie, traditional, and layered interiors.
