Shipping policy

We take great care in preparing each order for shipment. Most in-stock pieces ship within 2–3 business days, and you'll receive tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way. 

Orders are handled with care to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition. Large or high value items shipped directly from Pheasant & Fig are fully insured. Items shipped directly from our trusted suppliers are also carefully packaged to arrive in excellent condition. If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to make it right.

P.O. BOXES  Due to carrier restrictions, some items cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A residential address may be required for delivery

Orders totaling $125 or more ship complimentary within the United States. For smaller treasures, a flat-rate delivery of $7.95 applies.
