We take great care in curating and creating our collections, which include both lovingly handmade and unique vintage items. Because of the special nature of our handmade and vintage pieces, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can do our best to make it right.
Thank you for understanding that each piece is chosen or crafted with care, and we hope you love your purchase as much as we do.
SHIPPING:
We take great care in preparing each order for shipment. Most in-stock pieces ship within 2-3 business days, and you'll receive tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way.
WHERE WE SHIP:
Pheasant and Fig currently ships withing the continental United States (Lower 48).
At this time, we are unable to ship large or fragile items to Alaska or Hawaii due to elevated carrier rates and extended transit times.
SHIPPING RATES:
Orders totaling $125 or more ship complimentary within the lower 48.
For smaller treasures, a flat-rate delivery of $7.95 applies.
Ribbons ship complimentary, regardless of order total.
Each order is handled with care to ensure it arrives safely and in beautiful condition.

Certain pieces are sourced through our trusted décor partners. While availability is typically accurate, items may occasionally become unavailable sooner than expected. In the rare event that an item cannot be fulfilled, you will be contacted promptly and fully refunded. I always want your experience to feel seamless, thoughtful, and cared for.
